Sit or lie down. Get comfortable. Relax. Do some deep breathing. Focus only on your breath. Close your eyes. Hold high vibration crystals in your hand (citrine, amethyst, orgone, clear quartz). Clasp your hands together. Using your applied will, visualize that you push out your energy in front of your torso about 3 to 6 inches from your torso. Do this with the intent to raise your vibrations. Meditation helps with pain relief. So, will anything you do to distract yourself from thinking about the pain - I.e., being fully engaged in the moment. Also, look into massage, chiropractors and acupuncture for pain relief. Headaches can be stress related or migraines.
